Which formats can I convert?

Will conversion reduce quality?
JPG and WebP are lossy, so a high quality setting keeps them visually identical while a low one trades detail for size. PNG output is lossless.
Are my photos sent to a server?
No. All conversion happens in your browser tab, which is why it also works offline once the page has loaded.
